Please enjoy the hotel courtyard and pool area from 8am to 11pm daily during your free time.
Snacks and BYOB allowed. Plastic cups only.
Classes and Services available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Sunday appointments MUST be booked by Saturday evening.

1:00 - 6:00pm Settle into your bunkhouse, twist open your whiskey and get those barn decorations going Prize awarded for best barn on the ranch!!!
6pm - 7:00pm Sign up for all Services and Classes - Grab a drink and head to the Vendor Stalls Get in line to meet to your vendors and sign up for services!

7:00pm Dinner is served in the ballroom - CASH BAR!
7pm - 7:45pm Free Athena's product demo and sneak peak at Bingo prizes in the vendor hallway
